Will Fairhurst Headshot

Will is an Associate Attorney at the Frank Law Office. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he received a highly selective full three-year scholarship, awarded based on his demonstrated commitment to public service, his strong academic record, and his potential for leadership in the legal community.

Will has a longstanding and demonstrated commitment to civil rights work. In law school, he spent his summers working for civil rights organizations, including a New Jersey non-profit and a leading plaintiff-side civil rights firm in Philadelphia. Through this work, Will fought for low- and moderate-income New Jerseyans’s right to affordable housing and helped represent Philadelphians in both federal criminal cases and civil rights lawsuits brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 involving police and official misconduct.

Before joining the Frank Law Office, Will was a Senior Staff Attorney at a leading non-profit law firm in New Jersey, where he continued to fight for the low- and moderate-income residents of the state. Will successfully sued numerous towns for violating the New Jersey State Constitution and New Jersey Fair Housing Act, forcing them to provide hundreds of additional affordable housing units.
